It doesn't really hold date/time information for us to use. That's not it's purpose. It's purpose is to do stuff with the server, like replicate what it has. The ticket isn't SUPPOSED to be used by us, therefore, it is incorrect to JUST say it holds date/time information, because it really holds other things. The ticket is just a way to verify that the person joining the game is joining the game correctly.
