Game Modes
I'm seeing at least 6 different flavors of game mode:
- From file: Place is opened from a file
- Solo: From Tools > Test > Play Solo
- Local online: From Tools > Test > Start Server & Start Player
- Edit: From Edit button on website
- Build: From Build button on website
- Online: From Play button on website

Notes
- Activation: How is the mode accessed?
- Studio: Is the studio accessible?
- Game Running: Is the game running initially?
- Networked: Does the game run as a server, accepting clients?
- LocalPlayer: Is a LocalPlayer loaded?
- LocalSaveEnabled: Does the game save to the website?
