"Last Occurred"
We should change the "Last Occurred" to "First Noticed" or something similar. If the bug isn't fixed, there is a 99.9% chance that it "last occurred" today.

- Well, since fixed bugs are supposed to get removed from the list, then I guess the last occured date is effectively useless. However, what's the point of knowing when the bug was reported? That's a pointless information and if you really cared, you'd just look at the history... So perhaps we should just remove that?
