What is the point of this? A wiki is where everyone is allowed to edit.

- Maybe so, but it is unethical to be editing someone's personal user space unless they request it.
- Not in all cases. For example, if I make a template to take out boilerplate code (such as {{border-radius}}), then I see no reason not to go around and substitute the old code with my template, userpage or otherwise.
