::We'd make it ourselves. I'm not as active as I used to be so I won't be able to spend a lot of time, but even if it's not complete, it'd be nice for people to say "Oh, updating, while I wait, I'll check what's added". :::I like this idea. We can contribute any known changed. And when some 'secret' change is figured out we can just add it later. It won't be an "omnipotent changelog", but at least it will be something for people to look at.
