Uses:

This controls the locked property of the bricks that stops/starts people from moving, copying, or deleting bricks with tools, if they are provided in the game. Also, you can only select locked bricks from the Explorer menu. However, while locked, blocks may still have physics effect them. This means that just because you lock down something doesn't mean it can't move. Locked blocks can still fall, rotate, be pushed around, blown up with bombs, and anything else normal blocks can do. Anchor it if you want it to stay in place.
