Shirts are those awesome items that cover up your Arms and Torso with a picture. They can be purchased and worn through the Catalog. Only Builders Club+ members can upload and sell Shirts.

Shirts have a special image that you have to use to create them properly. This image can be found here and at the Upload Screen for the Shirt Creator.
